"This Arts District restaurant space has seen multiple reinventions: its opening chef in 2008 helped establish the neighborhood as a dining destination, it later operated as a French bistro under a prominent chef-owners team before closing abruptly in 2019, and a short-lived revival with a new partner in mid-2019 lasted only a few months. The site has been the focus of several ambitious plans by a local restaurateur, including attempted conversions that ultimately didn’t pan out before the current new partnership was announced." - Matthew Kang
