"Sambong in Troy is metro Detroit’s first cold noodle restaurant, and that’s a big deal. The restaurant serves naengmyeon, a chewy potato starch noodle usually served in a chilled broth resulting in a wildly popular dish in Korea. The noodles are extremely refreshing in the summer, but just as good in the winter. It’s a self-serve restaurant, so be sure to take advantage of the huge thermos of hot broth available to customers.
