"Come this summer, HopCat will open a location at the Mall at Partridge Creek in Macomb County’s Clinton Township. According to a news announcement distributed to media this week, the new spot will take over the space formerly occupied by BurgerFin at 7380 Hall Road. The location is 7,000 square feet and has a capacity for up to 250 customers. Being situated in metro Detroit’s dog mall, the outdoor patio is pooch-friendly. West Michigan-based Project BarFly, which operates HopCat, is expected to begin looking to fill 125 positions starting in March. HopCat opened two locations in metro Detroit in recent months, including in Livonia and Royal Oak." - Serena Maria Daniels
