"An adjoining wine bar opening late 2018 in Westside’s Stockyards development that draws on the chef’s family and southern French heritage and is named for the family matriarch. It will serve wine-forward small plates such as cheeses, crudo, olives, and pissaladière—a Provençal pizza-like classic topped with caramelized onions, black olives and anchovies. Design details include stenciled reproductions of the matriarch’s handwritten recipes on the walls; the bar will share a kitchen with the full-service Provençal restaurant and feature a wine list focused on French imports." - Beth McKibben
