"Right on the border with Summerlin, I’m watching Kaizen Revolving Sushi get ready to open the neighborhood’s first conveyor-belt dining experience; it’s slated to debut April 15 at 7450 W. Lake Mead BLVD., inside the Summerlin Gateway Plaza retail center in a 1,903-square-foot space. Created by the owners of Spring Mountain’s Konbea Belt Sushi and the successful Kaizen restaurants in Henderson, North Las Vegas, and the eastside, the revolving menu will focus on traditional and fusion Japanese dishes. In addition to a conveyor belt delivering plates around the dining room, menu items that need special attention will be sped to each seat on the back of a miniature 12-wheel truck instead of a robot or train, and planned hours are 11:30 a.m.–10 p.m. Sunday–Thursday and 11:30 a.m.–11 p.m. Friday–Saturday." - Bradley Martin
