Flores Opening Second Mexican Restaurant in Corte Madera | Eater SF

"Arriving in Corte Madera Town Center in mid-October, the new Flores (an expansion of the Cow Hollow original) will present family recipes from different regions of Mexico with an emphasis on family-style dining and Californian seasonality. The cooks grind corn into masa by hand every day to make fresh corn tortillas to accompany roasted meats sold by the pound. The restaurant will also feature a full bar highlighting rare tequilas and mezcals alongside original and traditional cocktails—yes, pitchers of margaritas will be available.
