"Corte Madera is getting a much-needed infusion of traditional yet upscale Mexican food later this month. Cow Hollow’s Flores is expanding with a second location in Corte Madera Town Center. As with the original location, the new Flores will deliver family recipes from different regions of Mexico with an emphasis on family-style dining and Californian seasonality. The cooks notably grind corn into masa by hand every day for fresh corn tortillas to go with roasted meats ordered by the pound.
