"In addition to a shortened version of its regular menu, Richard Sandoval’s Latin diasporic restaurant and lounge in Cherry Creek’s Hotel Clio is offering a three-course prix fixe special on both Christmas Eve and Day (reservations are available for lunch and dinner until 8 p.m.).
