"A brand-new burger stall in the Plano food hall has replaced chef John Tesar’s former Knife Burger outlet and serves a nostalgic, straightforward menu of burgers, fries, and shakes. Burgers are made with Texas A Bar N Ranch wagyu (rather than the 44 Farms beef previously used by Knife Burger) and are priced aggressively, with single burgers at $3.75 compared with Knife Burger’s $6. The menu also features waffle fries that can be drenched in nacho cheese and ranch or blue cheese and Buffalo wing sauce, plus apple pie and brownie shakes. Operated by the hall’s owner-operator, the concept closely mirrors the departed tenant’s offering but at a lower price point; it is open daily from 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. inside the food hall." - Amy McCarthy
