"Primrose at the Park MGM has an all-you-can-eat Easter brunch for $45 per person. The holiday menu includes a wild mushroom arancini for the table followed by a la carte dishes such as avocado toast, smoked salmon bagel, cinnamon roll, quiche Lorraine, vanilla bean bread pudding, eggs Benedict, steak Oscar, a shrimp skewer, asparagus, and pork belly. A cotton candy action station also will be available for anyone seeking a sweet treat to end the meal. The brunch runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m." - Susan Stapleton
