A Barbie-themed Pop-Up Restaurant Is Coming to Houston | Eater Houston
"Opening Aug. 16 through mid-October at Junction HTX on Washington Avenue, this pop-up recreates a family-friendly Malibu 1970s–inspired Barbie world produced by the brand owner and Bucket Listers after successful runs in New York, Chicago, Miami, and Mall of America. MasterChef finalist Becky Brown has crafted a fast-casual menu of relaxed all-day and brunch fare—highlights include rainbow pancakes, melty grilled cheeses, pretty chia seed parfaits, pink dips, assorted desserts, and bright pink drinks—and tickets ($25) bought through the Bucket Listers app include a food and merchandise credit.
