"Founded in 2007, the quick and casual art deco-style Eaton Street Seafood Market is the place to go for lobster rolls, crab cake sandwiches, shrimp salad sandwiches, and grilled lobster tail — all served with plantain chips. There is a Land Lovers menu (chicken tenders and hot dogs, mainly) for the kids or those with seafood allergies, but when in the Keys, a deep dive into any of the fresh-caught offerings is definitely the right choice. The daily catch is always on the menu, until it sells out of course, and could be anything from tarpon and grouper to snapper and wahoo, which is a year-round favorite." - Allison Ramirez
