"Porcinos is a new swine-focused comfort food eatery debuting in Addison. The restaurant, which is from the same group behind Edith’s in Mockingbird Station, features Southern-influenced foods and an 'upscale farmhouse' vibe. It includes a 360-degree inside/outside bar, a covered patio, and indoor trees. Chef Damian Edmos, formerly of Princi Italia, leads the pork-heavy program. The restaurant also offers breakfast all day, local beers on draft, and fresh-juiced organic fruits and vegetables in cocktails.
