"Excellent neighborhood restaurant the Noortwyck from chef Andy Quinn and sommelier Cedric Nicaise — who met while working at Eleven Madison Park — features a standout wine list and a bistro menu for a range of appetites. Consider the Parker House rolls and the crudo as well as a lively kale salad with gouda and toasted pine nuts. In a nice surprise, the entrees might outshine the starters from the Duroc pork chop to the bucatini with crab and ‘nduja.
