"I was saddened to read that A Family Affair, a standout Cajun and soul food restaurant in the Inglewood area known for some of the best oxtails, fried catfish, and peach cobbler, is closed indefinitely after an electrical fire that almost completely destroyed the space; social media footage showed charred cooking equipment and blackened walls, and ownership asked for donations via a GoFundMe (totaling $15,000) while saying, “We love what we do and have faith that we will be able to make memories and continue feeding your souls.”" - Farley Elliott
