French Fry-Obsessed Eatery Arrives This Weekend in Humble | Eater Houston

"I'm excited that Houston will soon be home to a restaurant totally dedicated to serving french fries: Get Fried is set to open at Humble’s Deerbrook Mall over the weekend, debuting on Saturday, February 17 at noon. Originally it was reported that the first location would open at the Marq*E Entertainment Center, but it's unclear whether the restaurant moved to a new space or that will be an additional forthcoming location. Diners can look forward to six types of fries—waffle, curly, hand cut, straight cut, sweet potato, and sugary funnel fries—served plain or garnished with toppings like chicken, Buffalo wing sauce, and blue cheese; the menu also includes sliders that use waffle fries in place of the bun and a “Texas-style” french fry nachos.
