"In fairness, this restaurant may be underrated by critics more than it is by diners. Following a few disastrous reviews on its opening, this spot was far from struggling. It is a luxury product, the kind of Mexican food that the wealthy eat at resorts in the country. The cold sharables portion of the menu is full of hits, and the grilled steaks, particularly the Spinalis which is Heartbrand Japanese wagyu, are top-notch. Additionally, the tequila library is increible — we were especially impressed with the depth of organic offerings. Ask for recommendations or even a personalized tasting flight. This place is luxe, so if a splurge can be underrated this is the one." - Courtney E. Smith
