"At 3630 Atlantic Avenue in Bixby Knolls I found a bright, open 24-tap tasting room and distillery housed in the former Liberation Brewing space; the room features industrial polished concrete floors, exposed ducts, twenty-four trophy-handle taps behind a tiled wall and an orange-accented cinderblock bar, natural wood tables with safety-cone colored chairs, and high-top seating that gives a clear view of the action. The tasting room will offer small-batch limited craft beers brewed on site, Lambic-style brews from the Beachwood Blendery, and west-coast IPA favorites from the company’s Huntington Beach facility, while the distillery operation will craft locally made vodkas, gins, rums and mixers (tonics, ginger beers, bitters), marking a significant expansion beyond beer." - Matt Miller
