"If its Mainvest investment campaign succeeds, this Medfield project aims to become New England’s only sake brewery and taproom under founder Todd Bellomy (formerly of Dovetail Sake). At launch Bellomy plans to produce traditional filtered and cloudy sake styles for the taproom and for distribution, host educational and experimental-batch events, and pursue longer-term plans that include a permanent food truck, expanded distribution, and a shochu distillery.
