"Starting this season, the historic inn is being run by LDV, of Scarpetta fame, so it’s no surprise that pastas shine. Spaghetti comes with fried zucchini and provolone; cacio e peppe is enhanced with sage and charred leek; squid ink linguini is entwined with crabmeat, uni, chili and lemon; and cavatelli is presented with lamb and artichokes.
