"I found dishes that are "not for the faint of heart" at this Chinese restaurant in Quincy—spicy duck heads and pig's ears in chili oil may intimidate diners used to Chinese-American fare. There are options for the less daring, including hand-pulled biang biang noodles that are wide and flat and can be served in soup or alone with meats or vegetarian toppings; the spicy oil in that dish has a kick that will "sneak up on you as you continue to eat it." I also sampled a Lanzhou beef noodle soup and a Wuhan hot dry noodle that packs a punch from sesame paste and chili oil, and I noted crispy Korean chicken wings and scallion pancakes among the highlights. The restaurant is cash-only." - Dana Hatic
