"I was excited to see chef and owner Nittaya Parawong debut Nittaya’s Little Kitchen on Centennial’s Norman Rockwell Lane after pandemic construction delays. The 1,495-square-foot corner space offers patio seating, indoor dining and a small bar designed to accommodate the outdoor dining scene, and features a classic and modern Thai menu of family-inspired recipes such as chicken larb salad, crabmeat fried rice, the “secret garden” vegetarian fare, and curries including a salmon-avocado creation. Asian tapas are highlighted by crispy pork belly, the very popular “world famous spinach salad,” tamarind shrimp, and green curry egg rolls, and there are 11 entrées including crying tiger steak, garlic-basil lamb chops, a Thai barbecue Cornish game hen, and a spicy catfish. Open daily from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m. — a rare late-night, full-service option for the neighborhood — the restaurant also offers wines by the glass and fragrant Harney & Son teas, and a happy hour is planned for 6 to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday with details yet to be announced." - Bradley Martin
