"An Austin-born, family-owned all-day burger stand opened its first Houston-area location in Richmond on Wednesday, October 16. Located at 9207 FM 723 Road near an H-E-B, the restaurant blends 1950s–60s-inspired retro decor with modern convenience—including a double drive-thru for to-go orders, dine-in seating, and a patio. It serves a classic made-to-order menu of fresh Angus beef burgers (never frozen), hand-spun milkshakes, hand-cut fries, freshly squeezed lemonade, and baked goods such as whole wheat banana bread and oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, with ingredients free from preservatives, hormones, and antibiotics. Founded by Patrick and Kathy Terry in July 2005 and now a 35-location Texas chain, the concept plans at least four more Houston-area openings (including another Richmond site, two in the Spring area, and a 2025 build in Village Green at Bridgeland Central). Current hours are 7 a.m.–midnight Monday–Thursday, 7 a.m.–1 a.m. Friday, 8 a.m.–1 a.m. Saturday, and 8 a.m.–midnight Sunday." - Brittany Britto Garley
