"Hat Creek Burger, a new entrant to the Houston burger scene, will open three local outposts in Fulshear at 5820 FM 1463 for July 15, in Klein at 8215 Louetta Road mid-July, and in Katy at 2150 S Mason Road on July 22. The restaurant will offer an abbreviated menu including beef burgers, veggie and turkey burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, a paleo hamburger bowl, and sides like fries, sweet potato fries, fried pickles, and tater tots.
