Pesca Coastal Classics and Boozy Cocktails

"Trinity Groves appears to be coming back to life. One more new project in the complex is Pesca, from Milagro Tacos and Chimichurri owner Jesus Carmona, who is a Mexico City native. The menu reflects a plethora of “coastal” dishes, so look for dishes such as blackened catfish and crab from the Gulf, lobster rolls in a nod to the Northeast, grilled Atlantic salmon, and a classic Texas red snapper. There’s also a rich, intriguing cocktail menu. It opened in January." - Courtney E. Smith
