"Half Bird Chicken & Beer, originally opened on Spring Mountain Road, has a new location in Henderson. It offers a menu focused on rotisserie cooking, including chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and ramen. Side dishes include smashed rotisserie potatoes, macaroni with crispy spam and furikake, and Japanese milk bread with togarashi honey butter and sea salt. Local brews like the 'Cockfight' Pils from HUDL Brewery are also available.
