"This kawaii cafe in Chinatown specializes in visually delightful tea drinks and sweets, with showy Japanese-style souffle pancakes that are thick, airy, and satisfyingly jiggly. The stack is served with a creamy purple ube sauce and a bowl of mashed ube for extra dipping; the pancakes are more eggy and subtly sweet than American versions, with a lavender-tinged vanilla note.
