Fortunately for local wine enthusiasts, it’s not going to waste. In its place is now Nomadic Wine Dispensary, a sommelier’s dream for sampling vintages from around the world, backed with nine beer taps, a nice cocktail list, and a food menu designed around Tuscan sandwiches.
