"Now open at 1908 West Superior Street in Lincoln Park, Duluth’s first all-local, mostly organic ice cream shop sources local ingredients to churn into super small-batch flavors. Nicole Wilde started the creamery out of a shared commercial kitchen space in Superior and sold her inspired scoops at area farmers markets before opening the storefront; until the shop opened, people could only buy the small containers at a few area retailers or get it a la mode at local cafes.
