"Manuscript & Dialogue is all things to all people: a sexy date-night bistro, an elevated pizzeria, a craft cocktail lounge, a beautiful brunch spot, an EDM nightclub, and occasionally a dance studio. The enormous space has room for it all and polymorphs among its its different identities throughout the clock. By day, it’s local oysters, peach cider-glazed pork belly, bucatini all’amatriciana, and Roman-style pizza al taglio — by former Bar Rosa chef Brandon Barrios — in the front half (“Manuscript”), while the DJs set up shop in the back half (“Dialogue”) on Saturday nights.
