"Operating in Cypress since 2017, I note that King Crawfish and Noodles is accused in a lawsuit of trading on the goodwill of Crawfish & Noodles by using a nearly identical name, which the complaint says has led diners to confuse the two establishments and to tell Truong Nguyen they had visited his "other" restaurant; the owners allegedly responded to outreach with "defiance," refusing to stop using the name.
