"A 40-year Las Vegas staple recently changed hands when longtime owner Steve Perrault sold the business and announced his retirement. The new local ownership team — Billy Bayne, Steve Cook, and Kerry Walters — plans to revive cherished items like the orange rolls (a fan favorite Bayne remembers from his Bonanza High School days) while expanding the menu with additions such as hand-breaded chicken tenders alongside the signature fried chicken and turkey sandwiches and trays of fries. They intend to preserve the restaurant’s vintage barn motif, launch a food truck to bring the Gobbler and Clucker sandwiches to a wider audience, and grow the brand to five to seven locations in Las Vegas and beyond." - Susan Stapleton
