"This resort's pool deck will host the fifth annual Unstripped culinary event on Sunday, April 27, bringing together more than 30 Las Vegas chefs—including James Beard finalists, former Chopped contestants, and local culinary stars—to serve one-night-only small plates in an all-you-can-eat format. The off-Strip celebration, which began in the Arts District as a counterpoint to on-Strip events, migrated to the resort in 2024 after ballooning in popularity.
