"The drive-thru location temporarily closed after an employee who tested on June 16 received a positive COVID-19 result on June 20; the worker had been on a morning shift on June 14, day shifts on June 1, 2, 3 and 7, and night shifts on June 5 and 6. Management shut the site and contracted a professional cleaning company, and the affected employee is self-isolating for 14 days.
