"This French “soufflé salon” has been packed since it opened in 2024, with twinkly lights that remind us of Paris at Christmastime all year round. There are the usual sweet soufflés, but the savory options are where it’s at: jiggly towers of egg that soar above the confines of the ceramic ramekin, and arrive at your table straight from the oven. We’re partial to the cheesy jambon and gruyere, or the smoked salmon with creamed cheese and chives, and all of them come with a warm table baguette and side of whipped butter.
