"Heights favorite Savoir has reopened its doors with a new chef-owner (whose résumé includes Lucienne, Étoile, and Brasserie du Parc) and a menu that trades the former California wine bar feel for more French-Mediterranean flavors. Expect escargot in garlic-herb butter, duck confit over Toulouse sausage and lentils, and beef cheek agnolotti with fresh black truffles, along with less fancy staples like wood-fired pizzas and burgers. The space has also been refreshed with new art and patio furniture, with plans to revive Patton’s, the hidden steakhouse in back, later on. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists. RESERVE A TABLE WITH RESERVE A TABLE" - Brooke Viggiano
