"Amar Desh is a halal restaurant on the outskirts of Koreatown. At first glance, the menu looks fairly similar to others around town, but the magic lies in the “Chef’s Specials” section. Here is where you’ll find an incredible East Indian-style roast chicken marinated in yogurt and bhuna, a savory tomato and bell pepper-based curry that comes with either eggs or tilapia.
