"Trillium Cafe is another seasonal American restaurant that’s also a hotel, and this one’s main draw is the covered, plant-filled patio. It’s big enough to host a middle school dance, and fills up every evening with families, meet-the-parents double dates, and groups rolling back into town after wine tasting all afternoon. The food reads like a farmers market inventory list—think scallops in asparagus puree, gnocchi with pumpkin seed pesto, and a nightly fish alongside baby carrots and broccolini.
