"This no-reservations, eat-and-go Korean spot has already become a Chinatown mainstay with unfussy soups and stews under $20. The bright lights and beige floors have all the ambiance of a hospital cafeteria, but the sterile atmosphere won’t matter when you witness boiling yukgaejang and sundubu come out of the kitchen. The menu’s undisputed standout is the milky white, collagen-rich seolleongtang with brisket, made even tastier if you add a pinch of salt and dash of radish kimchi juice from the free banchan in the broth for a little kick.
