Shoyo - Review - Lower Greenville - Dallas - The Infatuation

"Shoyo serves serious food, but the vibe at this 12-seat omakase joint is fun and informal, more like a dinner party than a hallowed den of fine dining. You’ll have a front-row seat to the action over about 17 courses. Past dinners have included sweet, buttery prawns and toro topped with truffle-infused caviar, but menus vary by the season. These guys also run Kaiyo, the more casual sushi bar and izakaya down the street." - Kevin Gray
