Off the Canal de l’Ourcq is this cave à manger that’s perfect for sipping a crisp natural wine on the terrasse while watching electric boats and people pass by. In the cold months, post up inside the cozy space that feels like a grandmother’s farmhouse—think wood-paneled walls and floors with formica chairs, plus fresh cheeses, dips, and sliced meats on display.
