Kinsman - Review - Central - Hong Kong - The Infatuation

"Kinsman is one of the only cocktail bars in Hong Kong that focuses on Chinese spirits like black glutinous rice wine, papaya wine, yuk bing siu, jiuniang, and others. The menu is organized by those spirits and the different regional cuisines where they pop up throughout China: Hakka, Cantonese, Hoklo, and more. The result is creative and delicious drinks that you can only get in Hong Kong. Add this spot to your Central bar crawl list, and be prepared for the staff to come around with complimentary shots of black glutinous rice wine. photo credit: Carlo Mantuano" - Carlo Mantuano
