The signature spicy-and-sour soup is like a warm, tingly hug, with fish slices and pickled mustard greens floating in a broth that also comes in Sichuan spicy, vine pepper numbing, and tomato flavors. You can customize from there—we like to add crunchy lotus root and silky enoki mushrooms.
