"One of Dallas’s best Turkish restaurants is in a historic house built in 1910, where mayor George Sergeant lived in Bishop Arts District's original residential heyday. Its patterned rugs, ornate light fixtures, and wraparound front porch keep the homey feel intact, while the menu has fine versions of all the classic mezzes and kebabs from the team behind Selda Mediterranean in North Dallas. The real standouts here are the fresh-baked Turkish flatbreads topped with spicy fermented sausage and zingy herbs, finished off with a generous squeeze of lemon.
