"If “bottomless dosa” is on your Indian restaurant bingo card, head to Kuppanna in North Austin on Wednesday nights, where it’s a cool $14. Never-ending dosas aside, the casual restaurant serves a long menu of South Indian specialties in a dining room filled with hanging paper decorations that may or may not be from Party City. Kuppana’s versions of podi idly and dosa are solid, but we prefer the dishes you can sop up with a few orders of hot and buttery parotta, like the tender kongu mutton gravy or vegetable korma.
