"Considering how good the birria tacos are at San Fransokyo Square, we had high hopes for the ramen at neighboring Lucky Fortune Cookery. It did not disappoint. This hearty noodle soup features rich, decadent broth, a soft-boiled egg (that’s actually soft-boiled), properly chewy noodles, and tender, slightly salty beef. Soups at Disney tend to be somewhat heavy affairs (see: bread bowls) and this one is no different. Give yourself at least a half hour before hopping on the Incredicoaster. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists." - Team Infatuation
