Rocket To Venus - Review - Hampden - Baltimore - The Infatuation
"To find Rocket To Venus, look for the sculpture of the space-age missile on the side of the building. The namesake of the bar comes from a local legend—tales of a few neighbors who supposedly built a rocketship in a Hampden garage. Expectedly, the bar is a true scene, from Baltimore band Turnstile playing on the patio, a long horseshoe bar and wide circular booths, and an eclectic mix of regulars ranging from punks to plumbers.
