"The Cruffin There’s nothing quite wrong with this one, it’s just a little boring. The muffin-croissant hybrid seems to live in a liminal dough space—neither crackly enough to be a croissant, nor sweet and crumbly enough to be a muffin—and it doesn’t have enough filling (we tried the Nutella) to justify its existence.
