"If you’ve eaten much Chinese food around Vancouver, you might be familiar with Chef Tian’s, a popular Hunanese spot that just expanded with its first U.S. location in City of Industry. The lengthy menu here looks fiery enough to test anyone’s spice tolerance, and many dishes arrive at the table in woks they were cooked in, like dry pot chicken wings, wok-fried abalone, stinky tofu, sour fish, and Hunan-style smoked ribs.
