"This is one of our favorite Thai restaurants, even though some of the best dishes here aren’t traditionally Thai. The Thai ceviche, for example, is excellent. Thai Me Up also does a fantastic wagyu nigiri with a truffled chimichurri ponzu and a salmon tataki nigiri with a truffle and masago emulsion, serrano chile, and a drizzle of eel sauce they call T.
