"Perry’s is a national steakhouse chain, and Franklin has its only Tennessee location. It's about as fine dining as the city gets, with soaring ceilings, dark woods, glass chandeliers, and gussied-up groups clinking glasses of wine. Perry’s is probably exactly what you picture when “power lunch” comes up in conversation—suited execs throwing around jargon-y phrases over what can best be described as a legendary pork chop.
